Angela is a seasoned leader and expert on managing cybersecurity risks associated with products, services, suppliers and extended supply chains.
- Former technical lead for the Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) program in the Computer Security Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and co-author of NIST SP 800-161 Rev. 1, "Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management [C-SCRM] for Systems and Organizations."
- Thought leader and contributor to the shaping of the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act of 2018.
- Served as the lead Agency (GSA, NIST) Representative to the Federal Acquisition Security Council’s Working Group and Task Force.
- Provided leadership to the CISA ICT SCRM Task Force, co-chairing and helping to author two major Task Force deliverables.
- Former co-host of the Software and Supply Chain Assurance Forum.
- Instrumental contributor to numerous interagency and Whitehouse-led initiatives and workstreams focused on improving cybersecurity and resilience.
Angela is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, holds a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Information Technology policy from George Mason University, and is a veteran of the US Air Force.
